At BottleBazar.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality perfume bottles, perfume equipment, packaging materials, and accessories. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is missing parts or accessories.
- The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Custom or specially ordered items
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
- Products returned without original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Share your order number.
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Policy
Once your returned product has been received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account or digital wallet.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Replacement Policy
Where possible, BottleBazar.pk will provide a replacement instead of a refund for:
- Damaged products
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items shipped
- Missing products from an order
If the product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), BottleBazar.pk will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery if the product qualifies under this policy.
